Winemaking process
Hand harvest of biodynamic cultivated grapes. Soft pressing and must decantation. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast present on the grapes. Six months maturation of the wine on the lees in stainless steel. Bottling without filtration according to biodynamic calendar.
Wine description
