Composition of grape varieries: Zelen

Winemaking process: Manual harvesting of grapes that are grown biodynamically. Six hours of grape mash maceration, mild pressing and must decanting. Spontaneous fermentation with own yeast. Nine-month maturation with yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottling with the minimum addition of SO2 and refining in the bottles for at least 3 months.  


Wine description: The colour is straw yellow with green shades - sparkling. The smell is very intense and fine. We can recognize the aroma of Mediterranean spices, laures, rosemary and thyme in combination with fruity and floral notes. A gentle and full-bodies wine with just enough freshness and softness, rounded and distinctly mineral.

Recommended serving temperature:
 9 - 12°C
