Composition of grape varieties: Merlot

Winemaking process: Manual harvesting of organically grown grapes in the vineyards. Four-week maceration of the grape mash in stainless steel tanks in which fermentation takes place. Four-year wine maturation in 225 litre wooden barrels. Bottling with the minimum addition of SO2 and at least 12 months maturation in the bottle.

Wine description:  The colour is ruby red with pomegranate shades. The smell is very intense and luxurious. The wine combines extraordinarily complex aromas of dried plums, dark berries, jam, tobacco and leather. The flavour is elegant and harmonious with a rich structure balanced with pleasant freshness. With further aging in the bottle, the wine obtains additional softness and a sophisticated elegance.

Recommended serving temperature: 18 - 20 °C
