Composition of grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking process: Manual harvesting of grapes that are grown biodynamically. Four hours of grape mash maceration, mild pressing and must decanting. Spontaneous fermentation with own yeast. Nine-month maturation with own yeast in stainless steel tanks. bottling with the minimum addition of SO2 and refining in the bottles for at least 1 month.  

Wine description: The colour is cherry red - sparkling. The smell is intense and fine. Aromas that dominate are strawberry, cherry and blackcurrant. A fruity wine marked by freshness and softness. A wine with full body suitable as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to vegetable and fish dishes.

Recommended serving temperature: 6 - 11°C
