Winemaking process: Manual harvesting of organically grown grapes separately by variety. Six hours of grape mash maceration, mild pressing. Spontaneous fermentation woth own yeasr in stainless steel tanks. Two-year aging in 225-liter wooden barrels in which the malolactic fermentation takes place. Bottling with the minimal addition of SO2 and at least 6 months maturation in the bottle.

Wine description: The colour is goleden yellow with green shades. The smell is intense and fine. Combination of aromas of dried flowers, spices, caramel, vanilla, coconut. Mineral flavour with buttery texture. Mid-to-full-bodied elegant wine.

Recommended serving temperature: 10 - 14°C
