Composition of grape varieties: Pinela

Winemaking process: Manual harvesting of grapes that are grown biodynamically. Six hours of grape mash maceration, mild pressing and must decanting. Spontaneous fermentation with own yeast. Nine-month maturation with yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottling with the minimum addition of SO2 and refining in the bottles for at least 3 months.

Wine description: The colour is straw yellow - sparkling. The smell is very intense and fine. The complexity of tropical fruit aromas stand out. The aroma of grapefruit, pineapple, citrus fruits and dried flowers in the background. A charming full-bodied wine with an emphasis on freshness and a distinct minerality.

Recommended serving temperature: 9 - 12°C
