Combination of grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot

Winemaking process: Manual harvesting of grapes that are grown biodynamically. Six-month natural drying of grapes in crates in the Vipava bora wind. Slow pressing of the dried grapes, fermentation and maturation with the yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottling with the minimum addition of SO2 and at least 12 months maturation in the bottle.

Wine description: The colour of red cherry - intense. The smell is very intense and fine. The wine combines the aromas of strawberry, cherry, raspberry and marmalade. The balance between sugar and acid brings a pleasing sweetness and freshness to the wine. A harmonious wine can be a dessert by itself.

Recommended serving temperature: 8 - 15°C
