Composition of grape varieties: Merlot, Barbera

Winemaking process: Manual harvesting of grapes that are grown biodynamically, separately by variety. Four-week maceration of the grape mash in stainless steel tanks in which fermentation takes place. Two-year wine maturation in 225 litre wooden barrels. Wines of sertain varieties are combined before bottling. Bottling with the minimum addition of SO2 and at least 6 months maturation in the bottle.

Wine description: The colour is ruby red and lively. The smell is very intense and fine. The wine combines complex aromas of ripe blackberries, dried plums, berries, cocoa, roasted coffee and forest undergrowth. A rich, full flavour with a distinct long aftertaste and pleasant freshness.
