Combination of grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot

Winemaking process: Manual early harvesting of grapes that are grown biodynamically. Short maceration of the grape mash, pressing and decanting of the must. Spontaneous fermentation and aging on the lees in steel tanks. This sparkling wine is produced using a classic procedure with secondary ethanol fermentation in the bottle and prolonged lees contact. Disgorging without expedition liqueur and at least 6 months maturation in the bottle.

Wine description: The colour of red cherry - brilliant. Sparkling is emphasized by fine filigree bubbles that are intense and persistent. The smell is very intense and fine. The wine combines the aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, dry flowers and bread crust. The taste is full with a distinctive fruitiness, freshness and softness.

Recommended serving temperature: 6 - 8°C
