Composition of grape varieties: Rebula, Zelen, Pinela

Winemaking process: Manual early harvesting of grapes that are grown biodynamically. Short maceration of the grape mesh, pressing and decanting of the must. Spontaneous fermentation and aging on the lees in steel tanks. This sparkling wine is produced using a classic procedure with secondary ethanol fermentation in the bottle and prolonged lees contact. Disgorging without expedition liqueur and at least 6 months maturation in the bottle.

Wine description: The colour is golden yellow with green shades - brilliant. Sparkling is emphasized by fine filigree bubbles that are intense and persistent. The smell is very intense and fine. The wine combines the aromas of citruses, peaches, Mediterranean spices, brioches and bread crust in the background. The taste of an elegant sparkling wine with a pleasant freshness and minerality; the aftertaste is exceptionally long and clean.

Recommended serving temperature: 6 - 8°C
